Coastal view

Perched on the rugged Cornish coastline since 1923

What began as a fisherman's cottage three generations ago has become a gathering place where the ocean's finest meets artisan craft. The original stone walls still stand, salt-weathered and steadfast, framing views that stretch to the horizon.

Chef Margaux Trevelyan sources every ingredient within thirty miles of our door. The fish arrives each morning from the harbour below. The herbs grow in our cliffside garden. The salt is harvested from the tidal pools visible from the dining room.

We don't follow trends. We follow the tides.

Every dish tells the story of where it came from

Thirty miles. That's our radius.

Every ingredient on your plate can be traced back to a specific farm, harbour, or forager. We name our suppliers on the menu because they deserve it. Provenance isn't a buzzword here. It's the entire point.
